About Me
Hi! I'm Matt, and I absolutely love music.
I started playing instruments when I was 7, and music has been guiding my life ever since.
​
I grew up in Massachusetts and attended Berklee College of Music. After living in New England and Seattle, I now reside in Lakewood, Colorado, where I teach music both in person and online while continuing to compose and record music under the artist name Zen Bass.
​
It’s been incredibly fulfilling to help kids and adults connect with music, develop their skills, and find joy in every note.
